How can I become a Games I want Client?
The process begins by completing and submitting an online application. Once “GAMES I WANT”
receives your completed Application, it will be reviewed during business hours for an
approval process. We require a business license when applicable along with government issued
passport copy and/or driver licenses for the company owner/manager prior to access for
pricing and inventory. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation from “GAMES I
WANT” which will include your login information. You will also be required to supply us with
a copy of your Resale certificate for all USA based company.
Do I need to provide my business License to become a client?
Yes, in order to become a client, you need to provide your business license. In case you DO
NOT have a business license, we would waive the requirement once we have reviewed your
application and legal identification with picture.
How long does it take for my registration to be approved?
Normally you should receive a call and/or email within 24 hours after you submitted the
application. If you need immediate or urgent feedback, you can call us during regular
business hours. We do not work on the weekends, so registrations submitted Friday evening
through Sunday are reviewed beginning Monday morning, so these registrations can take up to
1-2 days to be approved.
Why do I need to provide personal information when I register?
This information will automatically appear on your order form and invoice when you place an
order, saving you the time of typing in your company name, address, etc.
How will my information be used?
The main use of your information is to allow secure entry for you as a qualified client into
our web site (and deny entrance to your retail customers). After your registration, the
information will automatically fill in the blanks when you place an order. Coming soon the
only other use for your information is that we may send out an occasional e-mail newsletter
or text messages to our registered clients. You will be given an opportunity to remove
yourself from the e-mail list for the newsletter.
What if my registration information changes?
If your information changes, you can revise your registration by going to your Account Page
on our website and update your profile information.
Are there minimum order quantities?
Yes, for our approved clients, minimum order is $850 or quantities 25 units.
Can I place an order without signing up?
No, you may not place an order online without signing up. If you are unable to access your
computer to place an order, you may contact your sales representative for more details.
How do I place an order?
You can easily place your order online by clicking on the “place an
order” button. You must
indicate the quantity of the item you have clicked to order in the quantity text box. If you
change your mind after you’ve added a product to your cart you can simply click “X” to
remove. When you have finished making your selections click
that you agree to our cancelation fees and then click on the “place
an order” button.

Does “GAMES I WANT” offer additional discounts?
“Games I want” aims to offer the best prices to our clients. We offer low prices to our
clients and additional discounts for larger quantities of the same title. The discount is
based upon what you are actually buying. We encourage you to contact us or your sale
representative for more information on the items that you are interested in purchasing and
their discounts. We also offer featured titles with special
sale pricing. These titles
change on a regular basis and quantities may be limited on any selected title.
How do I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, you must contact your Sales Representative immediately.
Your sales representative will cancel it and 2% restocking fee is subject to the order upon
cancellation.
How do I change, add or delete items from my order?
Once you have placed your order, if you want to add or delete an item, you must contact your
Sales Representative immediately.
Who is responsible for shipping charges?
The client is responsible for the shipping charges. All shipments are FOB, EXW Miami.
Which party is responsible for shipping?
All prices posted and invoiced are FOB EXW Miami, Florida USA.
Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely! Just call to make arrangements with our Sales team.
How Does “GAMES I WANT” ship?
“Games I want” ships with all common shipping methods including FedEx, DHL and UPS to most
countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. For your convenience, we do offer (at minimal
costs) local shipping to our client’s freight forwarders in Miami area. WE DO NOT SHIP USING
POSTAL SERVICE (USPS). For further details, refer to your sales representative for further
details.
Does Games I Want follow the laws and regulations of the US or the Country in which product
is being shipped?
In all cases United States of America laws overwrite and supersede the laws and regulations
of the country in which the product is being shipped. We adhere by US Federal Laws and
Florida State Law where it is registered as a Corporation under “MV Distributor LLC”
How soon do pre orders need to be placed?
We encourage our clients to place pre-orders 2-3 weeks prior to street date. Having your
orders confirmed prior to street date will guarantee the product availability and
pricing.
When are New Releases shipped?
Games I want respects and adhere to the publishers Street Date policy. On the most part we
receive product few days prior to street date and we ship to clients who have signed and
have proven to adhere by publisher street date policies.
Is there a minimum order amount to receive newly released games?
.There are no minimum per title except the invoice order must be $850 or 25 units.
